Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data in Admetry (the “Service”), how to remove the access you granted to advertising platforms, and our timelines. It applies together with our Privacy Policy.

1. How to request deletion

Either option has the same effect:

  • Self-service (fastest): sign in, go to Settings → Account, click “Delete account” and type the confirmation text. The Service then signs you out on every device within 5 minutes, blocks every sign-in method (password, Google and LINE), removes your LINE ID and email address from the notification recipients of the organizations you belong to (if that fails, at the latest when the account is deleted after 30 days) and schedules your account for deletion.
  • By email: write to service@c-chienads.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the email address you registered with. We will verify your identity and carry out the deletion for you.

2. Removing access to connected platforms

If you authorized the Service to read data from advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, LINE and others), we recommend removing that access before deleting your account. Disconnecting inside Admetry deletes the credentials stored by the Service, but in most cases the authorization on the platform side must be removed by you: when you disconnect a Google connection (Google Ads, GA4, Search Console) and the organization has no other Google connection left, the Service also tries to revoke it on Google’s side (a Google revocation also cuts off other connections made under the same authorization, so it is skipped while others remain), but the Service currently cannot revoke Meta authorizations on your behalf, nor those for TikTok, LINE and other platforms.

  • Disconnect in Admetry (deletes stored credentials): open the Connectors page and click “Disconnect” for the platform. The encrypted credentials and tokens the Service holds for that connection are deleted.

3. What is deleted and when

  • Immediately on request: you are signed out on every device within 5 minutes and can no longer sign in by any method. Email us during the grace period if you want to withdraw the request.
  • After a 30-day grace period (in case you change your mind): your user account and its linked data (sign-in credentials, sessions, organization memberships, two-factor settings) are deleted.
  • Connections and platform data: for connections you disconnect as described in section 2, the encrypted credentials held by the Service are deleted at the time of disconnection. Connections belong to the organization, not to an individual, so deleting your personal account does not disconnect the organization’s connections; other members can keep using them, so disconnect first if you want reading to stop. If you are an organization owner and want all of the organization’s connections and imported advertising data deleted, email service@c-chienads.com and we will handle the request.
  • Legal retention: under Article 38 of Taiwan’s Business Accounting Act, accounting vouchers must be kept for at least 5 years and accounting books and financial statements for at least 10 years. Transaction and e-invoice records are deleted when their statutory periods end and, until then, are used only for legal compliance.

4. How platform data is handled

The Service currently performs read-only operations on advertising platforms: it reads only the performance data within the scope you authorized and does not write to or modify your ad accounts. Once a connection is disconnected, the Service no longer sends read requests using that authorization.
